Together we will identify and clarify the issues or problems you are facing in your relationship/s and if relationship counselling is the best way forward, I offer a semi-structured course of sessions. Anything between six and twelve sessions is usual, but it will depend on the issues that you want to address.
Partners don’t always have the same goals at the start, but to ensure our time together is as helpful as it can be for both parties we'll work together to establish an agreed focus.
For some people, counselling is the start of a longer process of discovery while for others, a few sessions of counselling may be all they need to get through a rough patch.
Relationship counselling is not a magic solution, and it isn't easy. It will require commitment, engagement and hard work from everyone involved.
Families can be a source of support, encouragement and love but sometimes relationships within families are put under strain and people can feel misunderstood or distanced from each other. If you would like to improve and strengthen your relationships with individual family members I can offer you a non judgemental, empathic space to do this. I work with Siblings, Parents and children
(over 16) to improve communication and a gain a deeper understanding of one another.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that many of us can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling , I can help you recover motivation, perspective, and the joy that you deserve to experience.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger from traumatic events. I can help you navigate these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. I have worked with individuals experiencing the effects of Complex PTSD and can offer a safe, understanding, paced approach to help you connect with your feelings.
I have experience in counselling individuals with a variety of issues and welcome clients to bring whatever is troubling them into our sessions. I work within the ethical framework of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and as such undertake regular supervision to support me in my work.
I offer a complimentary 15 minute consultation by phone or video chat.
This gives us the opportunity to connect, discuss what is bringing you to therapy and any questions you may have about the process. You can then decide whether you would like to move forward with working together.

FEES: Individuals - £60per hour. £65 per hour after 8pm
Couples - £95 per hour
